What to Expect When You Work With Kelly

When You List With Kelly, Expect The Following :

1. Your listings will appear continuously (and always be accessible to members of the Association of Regina Realtors) in the Multiple Listing Service through the use of :

  1. The Association of Regina REALTORS® Inc. computer system
  2. The Association of Regina REALTORS® Inc. catalogue
  3. Global exposure to every person who has access to the Internet (http://www.mls.ca )

2. Advertising (will appear at different times) in the :

  1. kellywilson.com
  2. ReginaRealEstateReview.com
  3. ReginaRealEstateChannel.com and Access Communications Channel 9
  4. Leader Post
    • Open House Ads
    • Real Estate Ads
3. Your home will be featured in :
  1. REALTOR'S® Open House
  2. Public Open House (if warranted)

4. When your home is shown to a prospective buyer, feedback is obtained from the buyer's agent. This information is relayed to you so that you are informed regarding the impression your home is having on prospective buyers.

5. All information pertinent to the sale of your property is discussed with you so that you can make a clear, informed decision regarding accepting offers to purchase on your home.

6.After the acceptance of the offer to purchase, I will :

  1. Keep track of the progress of the condition removals to the final sale stages - this involves dealing with seller's real estate agent, lawyer, etc.
  2. Help you find your new home in Regina or surrounding area; or if you are relocating to a new city or province, refer you to a competent real estate agent in that particular area.
  3. Mail you a copy of a "Moving List of Companies to Contact" regarding your new address.
